Directive Objective
Section titled “Directive Objective”Prevent Discord servers from facilitating unauthorized, peer-to-peer firearm sales, home weapon manufacturing blueprints, or explosive material trading.
1. Scope and Policy Coverage
Section titled “1. Scope and Policy Coverage”This directive strictly bans:
- Peer-to-Peer Firearm Sales: Listing, offering, bartering, or facilitating private sales of real firearms, receivers, frames, or high-capacity magazines.
- Ammunition & Explosives: Selling or trading live ammunition, gunpowder, commercial explosives, or fireworks between private individuals.
- 3D Printed Weapons & Ghost Guns: Distributing CAD files, STL models, or blueprints designed for 3D printing lower receivers, auto-sears, or homemade explosive devices.
2. Exclusion Boundaries and Scope Limits
Section titled “2. Exclusion Boundaries and Scope Limits”- Replicas, Airsoft & Paintball: Buying, selling, or discussing Airsoft equipment, Paintball markers, or historical non-firing replicas, provided sellers clearly state their recreational toy nature and comply with local age laws.
- Gaming Weapons: Weapons, attachments, and ballistics discussed strictly within the context of video games (e.g., Call of Duty, CS:GO).
3. Moderator Enforcement
Section titled “3. Moderator Enforcement”- Delete any firearm sale listings or 3D weapon CAD files immediately.
- Permanent ban for members facilitating illegal weapon distribution or homemade explosive schematics.
