Last updated: Apr 24, 2026View as Markdown

Protect individuals from severe non-consensual sexual violations, digital sexual assault, and sextortion schemes involving non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).

This directive strictly prohibits:

  • Sharing Intimate Media Without Consent: Uploading, linking to, or hosting photographs or videos showing an identifiable person in a nude, semi-nude, or sexually explicit state without their unambiguous prior authorization.
  • Sextortion: Demanding money, gift cards, additional intimate media, or server compliance under threat of sending private photos to family, employers, or public servers.
  • “Leak” Channels & Mega Dumps: Creating server channels or threads intended to trade, request, or catalog leaked private photos of individuals or influencers.

  • Consensual Creator Adult Content: Verified creators distributing or selling their own adult modeling content within properly gated NSFW channels under Discord’s creator monetization rules.

  1. Purge the Content Immediately: Never forward or archive NCII media. Delete it immediately.
  2. Permanent Server Ban: Ban the account responsible for uploading or threatening NCII distribution.
  3. Escalate to Discord Trust & Safety: Report the incident under the Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery / Revenge Porn reporting category.
  4. Victim Resources: Advise victims to utilize resources such as StopNCII.org or Take It Down to generate cryptographic hashes preventing cross-platform re-uploads.
