## 1. Scope and Policy Coverage
This directive strictly bans:
- **Executable Malware**: Distributing `.exe`, `.bat`, `.vbs`, `.scr`, `.jar`, or disguised archive files containing spyware, ransomware, or Remote Access Trojans (RATs).
- **Discord Token Grabbers**: Scripts or tools designed to extract Discord session tokens, saved browser cookies, or Discord LocalStorage databases.
- **Intrusion Exploits & Keyloggers**: Software configured to log keystrokes, capture webcams, or hijack device hardware without knowledge and consent.
- **Drive-By Download Links**: Hyperlinks pointing to exploit kits that trigger automatic payload downloads on visitor devices.

## 2. Exclusion Boundaries and Scope Limits
- **Benign Educational Programming**: Clean, documented code snippets (Python, JavaScript, Rust) shared in software development channels for homework or open-source software development.
- **Proof-of-Concept Security Research**: Theoretical discussion of CVE vulnerabilities conducted in academic cybersecurity contexts without live weaponized payloads.

## 3. Moderator Emergency Actions
1. **Delete the File / Link Immediately**: Prevent accidental clicks by other members.
2. **Permanent Account Ban**: Issue an instant ban to the account distributing malware.
3. **Notify Compromised User**: Often, malware is spread through hijacked accounts; advise the owner via external channels to change their password and invalidate active tokens.
